Working with both Grădina cu Oameni and Greenpeace was a privilege for us.
Grădina cu Oameni requested 3 illustrations that would be screenprinted on totebags. We carefully chose the cone-headed greenhopper, a common species of cicada, and the crested newt, all found in Cismigiu Gardens. For the illustrations, we used flat colors - easy to screenprint, masked with textures to seamlessly integrate the illustrations with the canvas material.
Greenpeace reached out to us with a similar request, this time featuring an illustrated European shag, as part of their project to fight against the use of plastic.
